New press machine in our plant
We launched a printing press machine that is rare in Europe and unique in Hungary as well. Thanks to the state-of-the-art printing machine, we can shift the standard of our printing service and the speed of our performance even higher.
The high-capacity printing machine is equipped with IoT technology and artificial intelligence, among others. Thanks to the latter and the high-performance camera system, the machine immediately performs color correction if the machine experiences the slightest difference that is not visible to the human eye. The new machine is capable of the integrated handling of conventional and UV printing and lacquering, and the physical changeover time is reduced, as the individual jobs can be performed in parallel.
New packaging design software
To match the new printing machine, we use state-of-the-art design software for structural package design. This speeds up the 2D, 3D complex designs of box constructions and makes the use of raw materials more efficiently, for example by proposing the most optimal use of the raw material sheets, taking into account the parameters of the die tool. The industry’s latest design software also optimizes for the given technologies and is equipped with automatic error checking mechanisms, ensuring even faster and more cost-effective solutions.
New gluing machines in our production
We will also be putting our two high-performance gluing machines into operation soon, further expanding our box production capacity. The quality work will be aided by automatic functions as well. With the new gluing machines, it will be possible to glue boxes, till box sizes of 1450 mm.
These investments also contribute to making our company even more environmentally conscious and sustainable.
